Educational Services

Thank you for your interest in EP MedSystems' Educational Services course offerings for 2008. The courses have been constructed to give each participant the tools needed to best utilize their EP MedSystems product. Each course provides a mix of both didactic study and hands-on experience.

Our course instructors are product specialist with years of experience with your EP MedSystems product. Each instructor is an active member of the Technical Services team with current "real world" experience on your EP MedSystems product. This experience with both the product and the clinical environment enables our instructors to teach you not only how to use the product, but also why to use the product.

All EP MedSystems Educational Services Courses include ground transportation from the airport or train station, ground transportation from the hotel to and from the training center, hotel accommodations, and lunch each full day of training. The hotels we utilize all include a breakfast bar.

Course sizes are limited. Confirmation into a course occurs on a first come/first served basis. If you wish to attend an EP MedSystems Educational Services course, please complete a registration form and submit to EP MedSystems.

Attendees must include a form of payment for the course tuition with their registration form. Course tuition amounts are listed with each course description. Attendees will not be confirmed without a tuition payment method.

Attendees who must cancel their attendance are requested to give a minimum of 7 calendar days notice. EP MedSystems reserves the right to invoice for cancellations received with fewer than 7 days notice.

EP MedSystems may cancel a course up to 14 days in advance of the start date if no attendees have been registered. Additionally, EP MedSystems reserves the right to reschedule any course due to inclement weather. Every effort will be made to contact all attendees if a course must be rescheduled.

It is the goal of the training team to make sure each attendee receives the maximum benefit of each course. All attendees will be given a course packet, including handouts, all material presented, and a CD with all the course data. We invite feedback from our attendees to continually strive to make the courses the best for your all your EP MedSystems products.
